Refund Policy
Last updated: 22 May 2026
This Refund Policy explains how subscription charges, cancellations, and refunds are handled for Streamstead.
Free trials
Streamstead may offer free trials for eligible users. Free trials are limited to one per customer, account, organisation, and payment method unless otherwise approved by Streamstead.
Streamstead reserves the right to restrict, refuse, suspend, or terminate free trial access where abuse, duplicate accounts, billing circumvention, or repeated trial creation is suspected.
If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
Subscription billing
Streamstead subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
Applicable taxes may be charged depending on your billing country and business status.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal.
Refunds
Due to the nature of digital infrastructure services, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.
Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not retroactively cancel or refund previous billing periods already charged.
Refunds may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis where:
- A duplicate payment occurred
- A billing error occurred
- A major technical failure occurred
- A refund is required by law
Chargebacks
Fraudulent chargebacks or abuse may result in account suspension or termination.
Abuse prevention
Streamstead reserves the right to refuse refunds, suspend accounts, or restrict access where refund abuse, chargeback abuse, repeated trial creation, fraudulent activity, or policy violations are suspected.
