This Acceptable Use Policy outlines prohibited activities when using Streamstead.
Prohibited use
You must not use Streamstead to:
- Upload or stream illegal content
- Infringe copyright, trademarks, or intellectual property rights
- Distribute malware or harmful software
- Attempt to abuse infrastructure or bypass platform limits
- Launch attacks, spam, or automated abuse
- Use stolen or unauthorised payment methods
- Create repeated accounts to bypass trial or billing restrictions
- Attempt to bypass subscription, trial, billing, usage, or platform limitations
- Use Streamstead in a way that negatively impacts platform reliability or stability
- Attempt to use Streamstead as permanent archival or backup storage unrelated to livestream delivery
Copyright responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions required for any content uploaded or streamed through Streamstead.
Infrastructure protection
We reserve the right to suspend, limit, throttle, or terminate accounts that negatively affect platform security, performance, or reliability.
Automated enforcement
Streamstead may use automated systems, monitoring tools, and infrastructure protections to detect abuse, unusual activity, excessive resource usage, policy violations, malicious uploads, or threats to platform stability.
Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in account suspension, termination, content removal, billing restrictions, or legal action where necessary.
