Streamstead respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same.
User responsibility
Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have all necessary rights, licences, permissions, and authority required to upload, stream, distribute, or otherwise use content through Streamstead.
Copyright complaints
If you believe content hosted, processed, or streamed through Streamstead infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, you may submit a notice to copyright@streamstead.app.
Your notice should include:
- Your name and contact information
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the allegedly infringing content or account
- A statement that you believe the use is unauthorised
- A statement that the information provided is accurate
- Your physical or electronic signature
Action we may take
Streamstead may remove content, restrict streams, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or take other appropriate action where we believe copyright infringement or intellectual property misuse has occurred.
Repeat infringers
Streamstead may suspend or terminate accounts associated with repeated copyright infringement, repeated valid intellectual property complaints, or abusive, fraudulent, or malicious copyright reporting activity.
Counter-notices
If you believe content was removed or restricted in error, you may contact us with relevant information so that we can review the matter.
